Bernini has been making clothing accessories for over 40 years to enhance the brand image: tags, labels, ribbons, crests, embroidered or printed back belts, color charts, binders, coming to collaborate with some of the most prestigious names in the industry fashion, like Blumarine, Max Mara, Moschino, Prada, Gucci, Liu-Jo and Guess. It closed 2017 with revenues of 2.4 million and an Ebitda of 483 thousand euros. In May 2019 H.I.G. Europe, the European arm of H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity investment firm with more than €26 billion under management, has completed the simultaneous acquisition of Cadica, Tessilgraf and Bernini. Together, they form a global leading trim and packaging manufacturer for the premium and ultra luxury fashion industry.
